There are many reasons why people the world over jump in their cars, fly in their aeroplanes, walk on their boots and pedal on their wheels to come to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. And so they should! It’s a stunningly beautiful place, with a real sense of culture and a character all its own.
But there is one element in particular that gives the Highlands and Islands a unique flavour – its animals! Quirky Clay is located on the majestic Isle of Skye and in summer time here you rarely travel on a road for more than 5 minutes without seeing people at the roadside with cameras clicking enthusiastically at whatever animal happens to be posing nearby.
